Extremely disappointing stay. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was no housekeeping service at all during my visit. I had to go down to the front desk just to get clean towels, since no one ever came to the room. At check-in, I was hit with a surprise $99 per night “fee” that was never mentioned during booking—completely misleading. To make matters worse, there were bogus dinner and drink charges added to my final bill for items I never ordered, and the front desk staff was unhelpful when I tried to get it resolved. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Poor cleanliness, hidden fees, and terrible customer service — I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

What i need to mention is what i cam back after the fist night , i found my room had not been cleaned . When i inquiried at reception they said well you did'nt ask for ... Never seen/heard anything similar in a 3 stars hotel in 45 years of traveling . So it's up to you to do what you need to do with this , but honestly I will never stay again there and will probably make direct reservations from now on on hotel chains I have already experienced . Btw i was promised a discount for my room not done , discount which was not applied. In summary this is a hotel where they probably do not expect customers to come back and they know they will alsways be full because Chicago is a very visited city. Enough said on this bad experience.

I had a good experience staying at this hotel, I have stayed here before and have had good experiences. Hotel is quiet, clean, friendly staff and a great location near mag mile. I will stay here again in future trips.
