The photo of the hotel is much better than the reality. The lobby is small and not air-conditioned. The gym was small and contained a few broken machines. The buffet breakfast was european style with only a few items of food. The rooms were functional so that they could be cleaned quickly. It served its purpose but many better choices can be found in the neighborhood.

The pillows were not comfortable, unfortunately. The air conditioning in the lobby was not functioning. The staff was wonderful, and the rooms are quite nice. It is easy to walk to restaurants. Michigan Avenue is within walking distance.
