You will have full access to the unit.

This listing is located on the top floor, so you will have to walk up some stairs, but you have no one above you.
Please respect my home and neighbors by adhering to the following guidelines. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and/or cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

1. Bookings for parties, gatherings, or group events may be canceled without refund.

2. Only registered guests are allowed on the property for the entire duration of your stay. No additional visitors are permitted.

3. Please vacate the premises by the agreed-upon check-out time. However, if you need additional time, please inform me beforehand.

4. Smoking is not permitted inside the property ONLY outside. Failure to follow this is will incite a $1000 fee.

5. Please be considerate of my neighbors by keeping noise and music levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

6. Pets are not allowed unless previously approved and the pet fee has been paid. A $500 charge will be applied if an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property.

7. As the primary guest, you are responsible for staying at the property throughout the entire reservation period and ensuring that all guests comply with these rules.

8. Local guests may only book on an exception basis. Bookings for parties, gatherings, or other group events are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

9. All guests must be displayed on the reservation. If there are additional guests that are not a part of the reservation, you will be warned to update your reservation. Failure to do so will include additional fees.
