It’s far away from hotel to train station on foot. You could only take bus or hotel shuttle (no service between 10:10am to around 2:30pm). There’re many factories nearby. I think it’s better to find the accommodation next to Chiba JR station.

I was pleasantly surprised when we went up to the room, the lobby might not be impressive, but the rooms are very clean. There was a party across the hall from us, they were very noisy, the front desk responded immediately. The mattresses are extremely firm, take this into consideration if you like a softer mattress. The breakfast staff made a wonderful breakfast.! Everybody there was very nice.

Absolutely zero-frills hotel, very straightforward. I really, really like it. I have stayed in multiple Toyoko Inns over the years, and I had nothing but great experience staying. Certainly would recommend. But, if there's anything I am not fond of, it would be the check-in time, which is at 4 PM. I wish it could be earlier. Regarding transportation, the hotel does provide a shuttle where I could go back and forth between Inagekaigan station and the hotel, convenient. Other than that, It is pretty difficult to go anywhere, although walking is still viable. But, being in middle of an industrial area, I do understand the situation.
