We booked a room in order to catch our early flight out the next day. The airport shuttle and access is amazing and convenient. Highly recommend this property for that need. Rooms are large and each had three beds. Breakfast was reasonably priced but I was under the impression that it would be both Western and Asian fare- it was mostly Asian.

Excellent free shuttle service to the center of Narita, a nearby shopping mall, and to the airport. Hotel staff were very polite, enthusiastic and helpful. Hotel room was basic with few facilities such as a room safe and complimentary bottles of water.

What a great surprises this quality Japanese hotel, some 20 minutes from T2: we got a super deal from Expedia for this overnight stopover for us. Super efficiency at every turn, from the free courtesy bus to and from Narita and the hotel, excellent breakfast downstairs and a really nice room. No complaints at all from us: this must rate a high 9.5/10. Large 650 room hotel: the staff were the best. Our opinion: if you can get this at around A$140, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere for a stopover hotel near Narita. I want to give a shout out to the airport shuttle staff for their ultimate and unimaginable service that I dont think I deserve! I missed the schedule for my shuttle schedule to the airport because I thought the bus leaves at 7:25, but it clearly posted on the lobby the time (stupid me)! So I told the staff that I will just take a taxi or uber to the airport but ask them if they can call the driver to wait for me to get my luggage. However, they put me on another shuttle bus with only me as the passenger (talking about being special, which I dont think I deserve)! It brought me to tears, because I can tell they were genuinely worried for me and for my luggage. So they bend backwards to bring me to the airport to save me from the hassle of missing my luggage or missing my flight! For that, 5 stars is not enough for the service they provided me though I dont think I deserve such service! My highest recommendation goes to Hotel Nikko Narita! I will definitely stay there when I get back! On top of that, the room we stayed in was spacious, and the food selections were really good.

Excellent service. Shuttle to airport every 20 minutes. Bus for 30 people. Clean room. Very affordable price for location. Buffet dinner a little pricey but large selection of items.

Wonderful hotel with excellent customer service and staff. We had dinner at Chinese restaurant and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet did not have great options. We didn’t each much so it was hard to find things that appealed to us. The scrambled eggs were very undercooked and so was the bacon. Not edible. The breakfast was the only thing we didn’t like but we would still go back to Nikko because everything else was super. The shuttle to and from the airport was excellent. Very efficient and on time.
