This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay.

The airport shuttle was very convenient, excellent schedule, and drive assisted with stowing luggage under the bus. Super diamond class breakfast - huge choice and made to order omelets. The staff was exception in my opinion - profession, delightful courtesy, and well trained. The concierge was "platinum" level experienced and helpful. If fact, he solved an important issue regarding where we were to meet our transportation to Yokohama with Holland America Line (HAL) regarding the correct terminal meeting area. If it was not for the concierge help we would have gone to the wrong terminal and most likely missed our transportation - kudos for his help.

Staff was great. Hotel is a little tired but functional. Be sure to pay with Expedia as the price changes when you check out from what you are quoted by Expedia. Even to the point of an extra person charge. We booked for two guests but “in Japan we charge extra for two.”

Pleasant hotel near airport

Airport shuttle services to and fro efficient and easy to locate at airport. Once at hotel the concierge will assist you to check in. Tim, chief concierge was super helpful and speaks English well. Staffs at checking in very polite and friendly. Hotel is a little aged but clean. Overall nice hotel to stay in.

Although my room was non-smoking, I did smell cigarette smoke very strongly. They placed an air purifier, but it didn’t help to get rid of the smell. It was quite unpleasant. Front desk should strongly emphasize the non-smoking policy to the guests when checking in. Facility is old but cleaning crew do great job. Bed was very comfortable, and amenity was great.

The cleaning staff always left us with dirty coffee cups. The furniture is past due for replacement. The staff especially the concierge were very good. The free transportation to the airport , Mall and Narita was good. But very typical of most hotels in the area. I would recommend but be prepared for worn out furniture.

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel which is very close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. Also, there is a convenience store located in the lobby that is open 24 hours which is very useful .

Place is nice and the room was nice. Nothing around the area. Restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday some of them. Not too convenient. Also, got most of the day, the shuttle is only once an hour to the hotel. That’s not good. But we did like the hotel. Room size was good and it was very clean. Staff quite good but nothing around the hotel.
