The room was clean although not too big. The surrounding area isn't great but I chose it because its proximity to the train station. The reception is on level 8 of the building but there is no signature on the ground level so it took me a while to find. Otherwise amenities and services are good.

Room & shower are good. A few items served for breakfast. Convenient location to Chiayi train station. The hotel is on 2nd floor of a premises. It's looked like a hostel, more than a hotel. A bit pricy for a hostel.

Design and decor is unique. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple but staff are hospitable and ensures that we had our fill. Except for the exterior look of the hotel, it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent place to stay in Chiayi

Loved the hotel! Clean, spacious, modern, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, although small, but very well prepared and set up. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend the hotel to families as well as business travellers.

Outside does not match the inside

Outside looks very old and rundown. But inside is nicely decorated. Basin is located outside the bathroom. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast and coffee is nice. Good for one night stay.

Great hotel in Chiayi

Spacious and nice room. TV has plenty of channels, including ANIMAX which is my kids favourite. It does provide free teabreak but the only downside is limited choice for breakfast.

Amazing hotel in a great location!

Great location close to Chiayi Main Station. Close to restaurants, sights, and nearby night markets. Hotel is located in an apartment building which makes it a little hard to find at first. Rooms are immaculate and extremely well-appointed. First time I have been in a room with a king bed in Asia! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Extremely pleased with the stay and would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Good value with comfortable bed

Hotel was nearly brand new and very clean. AC was strong and bed very comfortable. Downside was the building which was an older residential building, although the area felt safe. Breakfast could be missed as choices were limited.

Great location!

Great location ! Reach high speed rail train station ,grab a cab within 30 min reached inn. Rare to found the reception is at 2nd level in old building , initial was very curious how is inn that had booked . Totally different look with the old building ..feeling good with inn & very friendly staff . Around the inn can find food & big supermarket just next to it. Walk about 20 min to night market . The inn provide map to variety tourist place,

Spacious room and Good customer service

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, and provided us food recommendation nearby hotel.Staff was also very considerate to help pack breakfast for take away when they know that I have to leave earlier. Room was spacious and clean. We had a comfortable night in this hotel.
