Casa Pervinca is located in Chiavari, in the center of the Gulf of Tigullio; in a lovely two-story house, typical of the old Ligurian fishermen, adjacent to Piazza Davide Gagliardo (Piazza dei Pescatori or in Ligurian "di barchi") where the long and famous promenade starts.
Its position is strategic: the sea and the beaches are 100 meters away and in a few minutes on foot you reach the center of Chiavari with its typical "caruggi", its medieval arcades, the nice shops and the train station that allows to quickly reach sought-after destinations such as LE CINQUE TERRE, SANTA MARGHERITA, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI AND GENOVA ...
Well served by public transport (bus), it has several grocery stores, a supermarket, tobacconist, haberdashery, newsagent, restaurants and bars.
It is a two-room apartment, with an independent entrance, equipped with a private courtyard which can be used by guests who can have lunch or dinner outside.
It is composed of a modern living room equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed, a small library, satellite and digital terrestrial TV; a kitchenette with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and washing machine, wi-fi and air conditioning.
The bathroom has a large shower with an anteroom and finally the master bedroom has a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and two internal drawers, TV. In addition there is also a small pantry. A cot can be placed for the little ones.
It can accommodate 4 people.
Available to all guests are: hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
Linen available upon request.
Upon request and against payment, uncovered parking, closed by an electric gate.
