We enjoyed our stay here although the staff were unhelpful with the fact that we couldn't work out why our fridge wouldn't work when we arrived. Telling us that the fridges there just don't work very well! On second look though we realised that it just wasn't turned on!! Also, not being helpful at all when it came to the wifi not working. We didn't let it get us down though. In the end it was a pretty nice stay just not as good as we thought it could have been.

Amazing service

The hotel was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, our room experienced a water pipe leak from the toilet bowl at around 2am, which partially flooded the area. The staff responded promptly and relocated us to another room without hesitation. As a gesture of apology, they provided a complimentary meal voucher and arranged a free airport transfer. Despite the incident, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service.

Excellent place! The property was very clean, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Nice, quiet, safe - good breakfast and pool

Really nice, clean, lovely staff. It’s just a bit out of the way, about 1 mile to the central area so a 20 minute walk each way. And you have to cross a broad street.

The hotel is a few minutes walk to the clock tower and in a quiet neighborhood. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. I will come back next visit to Chiang Rai.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Pool ist klein und sehr kalt. Es gibt oben auf dem Dach leider keine Bar, aber man kann über WhatsApp trotzdem alles bestellen und es wird dann von einer Mitarbeiterin gebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß! Alle Mitarbeiter können gut Englisch sprechen. Frühstück ist sehr mager! Aber ansonsten sind wir zufrieden gewesen.
