Excellent location and hotel was clean, breakfast spread was good. Didn’t try the gym or pool, but it looks well maintained. I appreciate that usb charging points and universal plugs were built into wall sockets, as i forgot to bring my travel adaptor. Only minus point is that there are 2 lobbies, and if you miss the check-in instructions, you may end up at wrong lobby…which means a considerable walking distance.

Did not purchase breakfast as there are local nice food options within walking distance. Housekeeping standards are low, they kept missing issuing items on daily basis (Bathing towels, no trash bag in bins, no bathroom mattress, did not clear garbage etc). Bed quality is excellent though, mattress were clean and smell fresh.

The room was big and new. The location was good for us with a parking area close by. There is a noise from the close by airport but we didn't here it inside the room.

The location is very center of the nimman road which is very close to community mall and department store. However, it's more the tourist area than local one so the shops are for travelers and a bit expensive. The room is spacious and comfy. The staffs are very supportive and friendly.

Everything was good, except... Usually when I requested for Late Check-Out (in BKK amd other countries) the hotels will extend - from 12noon - to either 3pm or at least 1pm. This hotel, TNCM, only allowed until 12.30pm. In my view, might well state upfront no extension is allowed. Thank you.

This is great hotel rooms are huge and clean. The hotel offers activities to do while on the premises but if you want to leave to eat or shop there are plenty of things that are close.
