The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I forget the gentleman's name who helped us, but if management can find out, he should be commended for his hospitality upon arrival and during. Tina at the front desk was always so helpful, sincere, and a delight to talk to. Dada, a beautiful young staff member, was always helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with anything. The support food staff were always working hard. As world travellers, we would have to say this was one of the most hospitable hotels. It was close to everything, and all tours picked up from this hotel as well. All night markets are within walking distance. We never had to use a taxi once during our 5 days.

Hotel location is excellent. We walked everywhere. Staff is helpful and friendly. We paid for breakfast all 3 days but ended up eating outside because the breakfast menu is very basic and the location has so many yummy local places to eat everywhere you turn. If you like local food and like to venture out, maybe skip breakfast prepayment. AC is good. Water pressure not so good and shower does not stay hot long but it was ok with us because it’s so hot outside. Location was the best thing about this hotel.

The hotel is really well located and easy to walk to touristic places. The check in was easy and we were able to leave our baggage before the check in time. The food in the restaurant was excellent with lot of different options. The breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my time in this place.

Amazing location..lovely boutique hotel..walkable access to restaurants, shopping, massage. Only issue was they serve a la carte breakfast at 7.30am and most tour pick ups are earlier so you tend to miss breakfast.

The location is the best part - great to reach, lots of shopping, dining, tourist attractions nearby that are walkable, safe location and the weekend market is right in front of the hotel. (5 stars) Staff are friendly and welcoming - nothing extraordinary, but everything you would expect. (4.5 stars) The rooms were spacious, clean and were cleaned and stocked regularly. (4.5 stars) The umbrellas they kindly let us borrow, were a bonus - they came in very handy, both during the hot sunny days and also when it rained! (5 stars, since this was unexpected, but was extremely useful) The one minor issue we had was with the weird smell of stuffiness as we entered the room. Not unbearable, but we noticed it every time we came back to the room. (4 stars) Other than that, we had a wonderful stay here. Overall - 4.75 stars.
