Somehow this is one of the only hotels where we had a hot shower. Amazing room, amazing staff, and we were well taken care of in a great location! Would definitely come back here! We skipped breakfast one morning because we had an early excursion, and while we were waiting, the staff brought some food and drinks to us to make sure we were fueled for the day. We loved it here!

The staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. We loved the locations since the hotel is situated in Old Chiang Mai and there are many shops and restaurants near by. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. The location is great, just on the edge of old town so near sites and restaurants but also easy to access other areas. The room was lovely and comfortable, and they provided free water and snacks. The staff went above and beyond, giving us a free homemade Kathrong for the Loy Krathong festival and being helpful at every opportunity. The free breakfast was also one of the better hotel breakfasts we’ve had, with both western and Thai choices. Definitely recommend!
