I read the reviews online about this property and they all seemed excellent, which is why I initially booked this hotel. I flew into airport early, and was hoping to check in early, but wasn’t really expecting it. I got to the hotel and politely asked if I was able to check in early and I have NEVER met such unfriendly and RUDE front desk staff, especially in Thailand. They barely wanted to help me and told me check in was at 2pm. The rest of the staff I encountered wasn’t much friendlier. Overall the room was comfortable and nice, but i definitely would NOT stay here again because of the staff and I also didn’t like the location.
