The owner is very nice and approachable. He was very helpful when I needed to stay another night last minute! The location is great, walking distance to most things and it's very quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay at Sabuy Chiangmai!

I had an excellent stay at Shabuy Chiangmai. Aim made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived and helped me find private transportation to some areas I wanted to visit but couldn’t take the time for a group trip. The hotel itself was lovely and a perfect location. Water was hot enough. Overall, for the price and everything an amazing stay. When in Chiang Mai you don’t want to be in your room anyway! Lots to see.

The room is not adequate to stay in. Not sure why Hotel.com has a 9 point average? The room is outdated, not clean, mosquitoes in the room. The AC was not working properly, compacted bathroom with leaking faucet. The bed was the only thing that was okay. We has to cancel our plans and moved to another hotel after one night stay.

The room was really nice and in an amazing location. The host is great and there is a cute little cafe attached to the guest house. I’d definitely come back here. My favorite temple in Chiangmai is just around the corner.

This is a great location for your first visit to Chiang Mai. This place is close to everything and has a wonderful cafe in front. The staff couldn't be nicer.
