Lovely stay and lovely staff, they were so helpful! The breakfast each morning was delicious, there were so many great amenities! The pool is lush and gorgeous. This is in a safe area however not very walkable. Front desk is helpful when calling cabs to the city.

The staff and the grounds were amazing! Staff was very kind and helpful with every need. The food here was amazing in all three cafes/restaurants. Getting GRAB was super easy here. The hotel is not a 5 star resort. It is old. The balcony is not accessible (the patio door is bolted locked). Everything is expensive. Laundry was ridiculously overpriced. It isn’t close to anything so getting transported to and from the hotel was horrible.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out and made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also delicious, and suited to all tastes. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
