On arrival to the hotel for my very first time, I was greeted by a gentleman that was quiet and felt not very friendly. So my first impression was not great. However all of the other staff that I dealt with from then on were happy and helpful

Great oasis just a Tuktuk from the city gates!

I found this location to be an oasis just outside the gates of the main part of Chiang Mai. Very easy to get to and from the old city, but in a local neighborhood that felt more authentic. Their breakfast were delicious. Their service was extremely helpful. It was quiet there at night and the pool was a little cold, but the in room massages, bar, and location were really great. We had planned to move to a different hotel closer to the city and we ended up staying here because it was so great!

Tivemos um problema com falta de agua, mas foi solucionado, não afetando nossa estadia. O café da manha foi bom com opções de um menu relativamente internacional e local. Pessoas (equipe) atenciosas e o local ótimo. Piscina linda mas o tempo estava frio. A localização não era central mas muito tranquilo, podendo se deslocar a pé ou Grab (Uber), facilmente. A virada do ano foi fantástica em Chiang Mai

La chambre était magnifique ! L'Hotel en lui même était somptueux, un service de qualité dommage quil sois éloigné du centre ( 30 minutes du night market ). Chambre propre. Salle de bain spacieuse disposant dune douche et dune baignoire.
