Location was a bit out of the way and was hard for grab drivers to find. The beds were hard as a rock and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Staff were nice though and waterbottles were provided daily which was nice. However we were not informed prior to check in that there was a 500 bhat cash deposit so that would have been nice to know prior. Room was bare bones and basic, nothing special. Free wifi.

Great staff, large rooms, free light breakfast. There are loud roosters that live in a house next-door to the hotel, and can get loud in the morning. I don’t think there’s much the hotel can do about it, but did want to mention that.

it looked like hotel in university for faculty of hotel services. Staff is not much professional as normal hotel. breakfast is included in hotel price but you cannot choose it due to only 1 menu for guess. I got pork leg with rice (Thai style). So, it will be trouble with Islamic guess. Street to the hotel is very narrow. This hotel is very close to Phra Tat Doi Suthep and Chiang Mai University , this is an advantage

We did extensive research before we booked this room for 2 days and were very pleased with the experience. Room was big, clean, great view from our unit on the 6th floor, breakfast had eggs so not just carbs. We had a scooter so getting places was easy. A night market was close and the Maya Mall was not far and they have everything. The hotel helped us rent the scooter and allowed us to keep our bags there for a late flight. The hotel is on the campus of a major university so there were students about which was fun. Good WiFi too!! Bottom line great value for money and we would recommend it. FYI my wife and I are in our middle 60's as a perspective for this review.

Super quiet

The only thing "budget" was the price. Great staff starting with the front desk. With early arrival, they kept our bags behind the desk and ordered some scooter rentals. In the mornings, staff had delicious breakfast waiting. Only a 5 min walk to the main road but that's why there is no noise. 5 more min to a great night market.

The hotel is next to a uni building ! The undergrads are extremely noisy all day and may last til midnight or even later when they have uni activity. Other than about the nuisance, the hotel is clean, facilities are good and staffs are service minded

scandinavian styled hotel

I loved it!had a really comfortable stay and the receptionist answered all my questions very patiently. It's located within a university campus and near doi suthep and buping palace, so highly recommend if you are thinking of visiting these places as well

Good, but could be excellent easily

Decided to stay near the CMU campus at Zleep this time. Hotel is on a small side road that is a bit narrow for walking, but in a relatively quiet and safe area. The hotel is in good condition and an excellent value for the money. Service was very good - any requests we had were quickly handled. The room was large, had a fridge, and the restroom large, clean, and functional. On the downside - the mattress was hard as a rock and the free breakfast isn't worth waking up for a kettle, instant coffee with some fresh fruit would be a huge improvement over what is offered (the bar is low). Still we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again if they had a softer mattress.

Experienced was average only bad thing was toilet was choked twice and power was out for quite sometime but luckily it did not really affect me. English speaking staff is very helpful and friendly. Convenience store is just downstairs but need to walk about 8 mins to 7-11 if it's close
