Great place to stay, close to the river, markets and restaurants, with a short walk to the old city. The staff are exceptional and the facilities are good. Only minor issue being tour buses stop here as well, so at times it can be a bit hectic and difficult at breakfast, just need to adjust your schedule slightly. I have stayed here several times while in Chiang Mai and will definitely again.
