Location was convenient to the old city and staff was nice. The hotel was clean but the beds were rock hard. I am normally not a picky sleeper but we had to cut our stay short snd move to another hotel to get some sleep.

The property was located in a sketchy neighborhood that didn’t feel safe. The staff was not as friendly or helpful as they are in other hotels. The sheets were dirty and had hair all over them.

The Bed a bit hard, super firm, great pillows, good hot water and water pressure, big room and bathroom. Very clean. One of the receptionist speaks English Tarot and she is very helpful. The hotel near Warorot and lots of great local restaurant near by. Others site was walkable for who likes to walk.

Close to markets and Tha Pae gate. Good air conditioning. Beds are a bit hard like other places in Chiang Mai. Hot water not very hot which I’m beginning to understand is normal in this area.
