Great location. Pool is refreshing after exploring the city in the heat. That’s the good. Mattress just a little bit softer than a park bench. Very little room around the pool. 10/10 stay! The most genuinely friendly and helpful staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. We had an issue with our AC unit on the first night and they immediately moved us to a new room and were very helpful. We extended our stay and they even upgraded our room! The pool is clean and so refreshing after a hot day exploring and they have a lovely outdoor seating area with a koi pond. The hotel is very clean and quiet, the WiFi is fast, and the location can't be beat. It's a short walking distance to the Chinatown market, the weekend markets, the gate, and tons of cafes and restaurants. If I was back in Chiang Mai, I would stay here again!
