By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. From seamless check in to check out. Great service and comfy beds. Minibar is complementary with drinks and snacks replenished daily. Nice pool area and perfect location. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room great and big too. Only issues were no streaming from Apple to smart tv(should be fixable by Netflix and Prime apps being installed) and a tiny wall hung wardrobe. Pool doesn’t get much sun due to location. Service in the restaurant wasn’t great (omelette station forgot order twice then got it wrong) New restaurant Menu only available when scanning QR code by phone and all of the items we chose from this menu not available yet. Took 15min to get the drinks ordered and it wasn’t busy. Call button on table wasn’t working or ignored. Breakfast nothing special, but suggest to skip this and pop around to Kati for breakfast / brunch for under £10 pp all in.

Stayed at Hotel Chala 6 in Chiang Mai. The overall service was average, and the Rice Barn House felt unattended—there was no staff around to take orders or assist when needed. The place has potential, but better service and availability of staff would make the experience much smoother.

Lovely hotel! Clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast and location is great! Mini bar snacks and drinks were complimentary as was an afternoon tea, which was a first for us. You won’t be disappointed by staying here!

Fabulous place! By far the best resort if you want to stay in the heart of Old City Chiang Mai. The staff is superb and the grounds are breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many delicious options. The complementary afternoon tea was lovely and their outdoor bar was a great place to start the evening. When visiting Old City this is the place to be!

Beautiful hotel acting as a small paradise in the middle of Chiang Mai. The service was excellent and the room very clean. Only thing I’d say is that there were no staff at the pool bar meaning you had to find someone to order a drink. Small point but didn’t affect my stay.

The staff at this property were extremely helpful and the location was more quiet than I had expected for the area. The rooms were spacious and clean. My main issue was the lack of vegetarian food at the breakfast and afternoon tea.
