The location is great, the staff are courteous. However the price accurately reflects this is a very bare bones stay. Upon entering the trash has not been cleared and the floor feels a bit dusty. The bed looks clean, however the pillows are very thin. You get what you pay for and for this price I think it is worth it. Recommended for the backpacker who wants privacy.

This was a very clean and simple room. For the price it was very good. There are few amenities but I wasn’t there for the hotel. I was there to visit Chiangmai. The AC was great and the shop was nice and the bed was comfortable except it had one of those heavy combination of blanket and sheet that they like so much. It may the women like them. They are way too hot for most men. I would stay there again.

The biggest problem is disgusting dirty. Toilets were so dirty, they were not cleaned everyday.. I stayed there 3 nights and were not cleaned once. Bedsheet stink and no AC. Staff is nice

A peu près rien n’allait.. La distribution des chambres était une catastrophe, le staff est sympa mais l'organisation est juste nulle. J’ai changé 3 fois de chambre sur 4 nuits, les équipements...si ça fonctionne, ça fonctionne mal, les luminaires, clim, l’eau chaude.. et en plus c’est sale.

I really hate to make this review since the staff is nice. But I also feel like I need to let others know that this hostel stay is not worth more than 2€ or 75 Baht /night in my opinion. I have a feeling the private rooms are way better, but I don’t know. Bad things: - The pool that I was looking forward to spending some time in is completely green and has plastic ect. is floating around in it. I would not dare to jump in here, even with a shower afterwards. - Rooms are bad. I was lucky enough to get a room with aircondition, but most rooms don’t have that and I heard it’s awful to sleep in. The beds are not rigid/bolted to the wall, so they are moving and squeaking a lot. Also beds have no curtains. So forget about any privacy. The floor is also squeaking making lots of noice when people walk around. There is a door out to the balcony (which floor is broken many places) that can’t close properly, and even though it could, there’s still a big gab underneath + thin walls; making rain and traffic noice from the road really loud! In general just really hard to sleep in there, even with 6 people or less. - Toilets/showers needs renovation and cleaning. No toilet paper on the toilets. Sinks don’t flush well. Generally not very clean. Toilets needs hooks to hang stuff, soap and something to dry your hands with. Showers have mold everywhere and they weren’t cleaned for the 4 days I was there. Lots of hair and garbage in there. And, believe it or not, a poop in the drain. It smel
