A Charming Hotel

I booked the same day of arrival…they were ready for me, accommodating and very friendly. They have a spa so I splurged with a massage…fabulous. I’m surprised this hotel doesn’t have an “excellent “ rating…they should!

The hotel has a sewage smell that was very off-putting. It was dirty and old with little care and/or attention to improve it. The town in which it sits is a ‘dying area’ with nowhere to go nearby. A couple of nice staff members worked here but overall it was very, very disappointing.

Old, cramped, dirty, musty, and overall terrible. I asked the front desk to change the room, but they refused. They just brought new sheets. Terrible experience.
