We really liked our room as it was spacious and extremely comfortable. Also, all staff member were extremely helpful and courteous. Was was lacking in regards to competitor locations we have stayed at was the continental breakfast. Selection of available breakfast items was extremely limited. As an example, the only juices offered were apple and orange where competitors usually offer at least apple, orange and cranberry juice. And rather than having coffee available in large containers brewed in the back and brought out, there was a machine that you selected a size and type of coffee, and then the machine made the cup. Although it was a bit more sophisticated, it seemed like it was brewing a K cup.

It's not that great of a hotel. The room was huge but with no carpet, it was unwelcoming. Also there was no garbage can in the bathroom

I stayed here because I needed to get up early for clinicals and my home is about 2 hours away. While it’s a quiet hotel, it needs updated carpet in the hallways. It’s stained and worn. The room was clean but the shower base had some rusting around the edges, it’s off putting. The USB also wasn’t working between the beds to charge my phone. Was it worth the $163/night, I don’t really think so. Next time I’d rather pay the extra $20 for 5 star. It’s the little things…

I accidentally booked this property for September 8th on expedia. I booked it the afternoon on July 8th - so when I walked in with a reservation (on July 8th) - the receptionist told me that in fact I did have a reservation - however it was for September 8th not July 8th - but no problems they had a room available - which worked out great. However when I reached out the next day to get a refund for the September reservation - they told be no dice.

Fantastic staff member

Our rooms were clean, pillows and bed were comfortable. The night clerk was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to help us with a situation. We would definitely stay here again because of her, I just wish I would have asked her name.

We went to Cheyenne to attend our nephew's wedding at the Cheyenne frontier days. This was very close to the venue. The rooms in the hotel were very nice and big and clean the staff. We're very friendly and helpful for breakfast was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were extra comfortable. We also like the shampoo, body wash and lotion that was available. We have stood in hotels in the past year in New York, Florida, and this hotel is far almost better than them. We will return if needed to stay in Cheyenne again.
