We were in a deluxe king room. The spacious round room and western decor were very welcoming after a long day. It was very clean and well stocked with luxurious linens. Pricing was far better than expected. 10/10 would stay again.

We got to the resort before 9pm and no one was at the desk to check us in. We had just spoken to the person at the gift shop and asked where to go, so it's not like they didn't know we were there. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The body wash container in the shower was empty upon our arrival. These are pretty minor complaints, other than that the resort was spectacular.
