The hot tub was not working. We were in town for a CrossFit comp and that’s the only reason we chose this hotel. It would have been nice if they would have communicated that as we would have stayed somewhere else.

Front desk staff was amazing! Helped put me on just the right room (with a dog and elderly traveling companion). She smiled as she did it!! Best ever way of dealing with dog owners. Rules were in a letter addressed to the pet…cute, clear and presented in a positive way! Glad to see something besides the list of font’s!

Coffee in lobby empty at check in. Also informed then the pool/hot tub were broken and there is not a business center. Breakfast was limited and the coffee was like luke warm brown water. Overall its priced way too high for what it offers.

Overall, an excellent stay. Finding the place, coming from town, was a touch difficult but nothing terrible. The room was comfortable but had industrial noise until around 6p and consequently the view was less than stellar. That aside, the check-in was efficient and the clerk was perfect. The facility was exceptionally clean. The bed and bedding were great. Loved the shower but a little higher pressure would’ve been nice. Parking was very good-a lot of places to potentially park my car/trailer. Overall, an excellent stay with some minor complaints.
