Small new house of 45 m2 in the countryside, located 500m from the village of Cheval blanc, 500m from the Durance river and 1km from the Luberon, all on a wooded plot of 8000m2. Very quiet area. You will find in the village the essentials: grocery store, tobacco bar, pharmacy, bakery, post office, town hall etc ... 6 kms from Cavaillon, 32 kms from Avignon and its festival, close to the towns and villages of Luberon and the Alpilles. (Gordes, Lourmarin, Isle sur Sorgue, Bonnieux, Saint Rémy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence etc ...,) Hiking trails nearby, 8kms from the famous Regalon gorges. Train station 6 kms and A7 7 km. Provencal markets nearby, Avignon festival in July, and many other festivities and outings possible.
