Breakfast isn’t good at all. They also seem low staff during the morning. They opened breakfast late and made us wait to be seated so they could go help someone with check out. Bathroom in lobby had water all over the floor Snack vending machine stopped working but they didn’t put an out of order song on it. People kept paying and not getting their food so the machine was just eating the money. We somehow ended up with a wheelchair room (maybe I clicked the wrong one when booking, I’m not sure) but I found it odd that they didn’t ask if we intended to book that room. The entire time I felt bad and was worried I may have been taking the room away from someone who needed it.

The hotel was warm and clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfasts too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you. My only complaint is that the hotel was hard to find. It would have been helpful to have a paper street map available at the desk.

Really nice staff but rooms could only be cleaned upon request. Fire alarm went off at two in the morning but no info given that it was a false alarm. Phone in room didn’t work at all and the hair drier was broken. Great location though
