Staff very friendly and helpful nothing seemed too much trouble. Rooms small but have everything you need. Seating area downstairs very comfortable. We had a pizza which was delicious.

Hotel is an inexpensive option, which was the reason we chose it. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not great. The sink was clogged, one of the sets of bed sheets had stains, and there were toothpaste splatters on the walls and mirror in the bathroom. The location is walkable to the main sites though, and the price still probably makes it worth it.

Noisy and intrusive building/repair work in the floor above from 8am on Saturday and Sunday morning is completely unacceptable. Doesn’t make for a relaxing stay. Also, no proper air con to cool down an incredibly hot room “just open a window”. The “free cocktail” offered was vile.

Absolutely fantastic! Great vibe and every single staff member was very friendly. The room was very quirky and modern. I had requested a quiet room and was given a room on the 4th floor which was completely silent and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good with a great selection hot and cold food. The only not so good points were having to mess about dowoading and registering on the third party parking app. Great hotel I would certainly stay again

Check-in was easy, with a really friendly member of staff and check out the same with Keith. Bedroom was cosy, but very clean and with a really comfortable bed Didn't have breakfast, but looked to have all you'd expect for a continental choice. Bar open to 1m too.
