The entrance hall leads into a bright, open-plan kitchen diner complete with an American-style fridge freezer and range cooker. A breakfast area leads out to the large rear garden through French doors. A separate large study is adjacent, doubling up as an additional bedroom with the use of a sofa bed. From there, an orangery provides the perfect dining space to make the most of those special get-togethers, with a large oak dining table seating up to 12. Bi-fold doors open this space out into the garden, where there is a variety of outdoor seating options and a firepit.
