A comfortable and safe place for a solo female traveler. Rooms clean and inviting. Staff always appear cheerful and are helpful. As a frequent user, I highly recommend the Pinewood. Very close to airport.

The staff were friendly and helpful which was the best part of our visit. The room was very tired and in need of refurbishment. We had one thin pillow each. It had an iron & board plus a safe but no fridge. There was an on site car park which cost £3.50 for 24 hours. The restaurant choice was ok but the food wasn’t good quality and we would not stay here again.

Room was clean apart apart from the toothbrush left from previous guest and the menu had fallen over knocking the glasses over. Beds /room very comfy , . Ironing board , iron , safe, hairdryer . Bar was lacking, needs cans of soft drinks and maybe some chocolate bars. Only has pints to take to room (soft drinks) and crisps

For the price ideal. But being dropped off and charged £2 was not explained the room was ok two plug sockets didn’t work not ideal. The bed mattress was springs digging in your back not ideal. As it was for a night and only there for 8hrs stay nit a hotel for people disabled with beds like that. Staff 10/10

Friendly staff. Quick check in. Reduced parking for guests £3.50 for 24 hours (pay machine inside the reception area). Clean, well equipped room. Huge bed. Plenty choice at breakfast. Cooked breakfast was great. Great overnight stay.
