Worst stay ever

Shower in 616 backed up both days of use and smelled like sewage. Staff member engineer on Saturday night confirmed rotten smell once he had broken us into our room after 2 attempts by him, 2 different housekeepers all tried with their masters keys and the 3 different sets made for us that we were accused of “messing “with.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was AMAZING. Our cruise was delayed by a day, so we were worried about being able to get rooms for additional nights. The staff was able to let us stay again and in the same rooms. They were very accommodating to our needs.

Clean, didn’t stay in the hotel as much as I would have liked, as my plans changed. Convenient location, pool room nice and warm, pool water not too cold. I had little interaction with staff, but was nice. There was a little rust in places outside and there was carpet damage by the elevator, but overall was in good condition.
