My stay was okay. The room was cleaned, but the bathroom shower leaked everywhere. There was also evidence of water damage in the room because of it ( bubbling paint, missing caulk etc). The front desk staff was okay. The bartender was very friendly. My room was a good size. The hallways also smelled like mildew.

Hotel was fine, but they originally put me in a king, then I had to go back down and remind them I booked two queens on an upper floor. They overbooked, so I had to stay in a handicap accessible with two queens on the first floor by the loud bar area. Sink drain didn’t work properly. Completely unacceptable altogether.

Downhill

Condition of hotel has declined severely over the years. Along with the atmosphere. Front desk check in and check out people wete kind. Front desk lady Kee (sp?) Was the most rude staff nember I've seen there in years. Her customer service skills are zero.
