This is a nice property but dated. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could use an update. The reason I won't be back is because when I was checking in and receiving my keys I was almost schemed into a time share presentation. I did NOT appreciate that and thankfully my husband came to rescue me and had to harshly tell the customer service woman to stop and let me go.

The property is nice but needs more supervision. The pool area is a free for all and a madhouse . Little kids running all over the place unsupervised. Children are supposedly not allowed in the hot tub but it was filled with kids every night. The fire pit was filled with people every night and none of them were giving up their seats. If S’more is going to be one of your activities someone needs to make sure no one is monopolizing the entire area. The couch in the room was the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever experienced. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear absolutely everything that is going on in the rooms next to you. The check in experience was long and tiresome. To be honest the staff was the only positive thing I have to say about my whole experience.

We had a great experience at Kingsgate, it was awesome to have the extra space, washer and dryer, and kitchen. We arrived earlier then expected and they were able to accommodate us with an early check in so we could start our vacation off right away. Great property and everyone was so friendly.
