The rooms were clean and comfortable except the living room furniture. None of the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We would stay again. There was a security deposit of $ 250 that wasn't made clear until we checked in.

Great weekend

From beginning of check in to checking out everything was easy, staff couldnt be any more friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed very comfortable. Our teenager's said sofa bed wasn't comfortable but they managed to sleep. Lol. Kitchenette was great. Spent a great deal of our time participating in the amenities that are avaliable and there was a lot. Would definitely stay again.

Such a great family place… So many things to do right on the property, great condo with kitchen and nice sized patio. They were very accommodating when we needed more towels and some ice because our icemaker wasn't working. They sent a whole bag! We will be back!

The few days we spent there were great. You are extremely close to almost everything Williamsburg had to offer. We felt safe and secure while on property. The staff during our check in were so very helpful, pleasant and professional that it made the process a breeze. The 2 bedrooms suite we stayed in was unbelievably spacious and was equipped with everything you would need to make your vacation feel like home.

Kudos Kingsgate!

We couldn't have been happier with Kingsgate. All staff were pleasant and helpful; the unit was squeaky clean; the grounds beautifully kept, the amenities and activities on site were wonderful and covered all ages, babies to retirees. We also enjoyed the poolside restaurant with pleasant service and good quality food and drink. (Highly recommend “Doughboy” cider!”) Kudos, Kingsgate! You run a beautiful, wholesome resort!

My son and I stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was clean for the most part with the exception of the master bath. The facet had toothpaste or soap residue and there was a partly used soap bar in the shower. The walls are thin and we could hear the downstairs guests. It was fine with the fan on Upon check in, they took a 275 hold deposit that I have not yet had refunded. There was a hard sale to sign up for a time share presentation. That I was first told was mandatory. I arrived at the property at 8 pm, was tired and wanted to go get dinner before getting a goodnight rest for the college tour the next day. The sales agent was persistent and would not take no for an answer. I should have walked away and when I finally lost my temper asking for a supervisor, I as told it was only a courtesy to receive a free gift that was set up by my third party booker. Hotels Dot com , did you arrange for me to get a gift? It was maddening as I received no less than three text messages and phone calls the next day asking when I wanted to book the sales pitch. Never again with this one. Great place of you gave little kids but I was there purely for college visiting and already had an agenda.

The activity room and pool was my childrens favorite part. I loved the gym. The room needs an update and better cleaning. I was told on the second day that we weren’t supposed to be in that room. Overall, we had a good time.
