Both front desk and housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly, thoughtful, and responsive. Rooms were immaculate. Easy walking to Colonial Williamsburg shuttle, which turned out to be REALLY important because we had car trouble.

The location next to the visitor center where the shuttle picks up is wonderful. Never need a car for historic area which is good because parking is a zoo and you have to pay. Shuttle runs every 15 minutes and is free.

The continental breakfast options were plentiful. The entire staff was very friendly. Only comment was the lack of ice and cold water. Both ice makers on first floor were out of order during our 3 day stay with none in breakfast area. "Cold" water dispenser in breakfast area was tepid at best. Overall, a good stay!
