The room appeared not been vacuumed and the soap in the bathroom was opened and used. There were bottle caps and a hair brush under the furniture and trash already in the trash can. I stepped on a dry piece of pasta beside the bed. There were also no sheets for the pull out sofa. If I had not had kids who were totally exhausted and it was late I would have called and made them come fix it.

Very nice property.. Wasn’t able to use any facilities since only here overnight but still had to pay the resort fee for said facilities. All in all, great experience.

The hot water heater was broken. I tried to use my in room jacuzzi and i didn't have enough hot water to even cover my foot. Maintenance showed up in the morning and they were very nice and professional and polite but i still had to be woken up in the morning on vacation and leave my unit for a couple hours so the hot water heater could be replaced. Then when we returned to our room the hotwater heater has been replaced but i tried the jacuzzi about 2 hours later and the water still wasn't hot long enough to fill the jacuzzi past the jets so i sat in the water waiting about 10 minutes or so then got a little more water then finally just added some cold water to get the water past the jets. It was very annoying. After not having hot water the first day of our stay and the inconvenience of it all we were kind of hoping for some sort of compensation which was never offered. Now the unit was a good size and a great value. The property was pretty. The staff was nice. We were only there two night to celebrate our anniversary. We didnt really try any of the amenities but everything looked nice. It is conveniently located. We didn't have to drive too far to find food. Williamsburg is a beautiful city with lots of history. It's a great place for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation.

Staff was really nice very accommodating. Indoor pool is heated to 85° but because the roof is so high it is really cold probably should be heated to 90 in the cold. Weather will definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay! The room far exceeded our expectations for the value, and my family and I truly loved our time here. We're definitely planning to return. Everything we needed was right in the room — it was very clean, with plenty of towels. The kitchen utensils were just right, and we didn't encounter any issues at all.
