The room and furnishing were COVERED in pet fur and there were pieces of pet food/treats on the floor. The room was NOT clean. There was an electrical problem in the bathroom that caused half of the lights to flicker and die. The staff was informed and didn't seem to care.

The carpet was fresh & looked liked it had been recently shampooed. The beds were very comfortable especially with the quality linens. My only concern was with the handicap Accessible shower. It was fine for a wheelchair, but for an individual with mobility problems, it needed to have some type nonslip surface.

Staff at the front desk and guest services desk were, without exception, friendly, helpful, and attentive. The room was very spacious and generally clean. There was one unpleasant looking stain on one of the sofa cushions and the upholstery on one of the dining room chairs was in need of repair. The room came with a very spacious bathroom with whirlpool tub. The room also had a lovely porch overlooking a park-like area with tennis and basketball courts.

The room was not made up upon arrival, so she had to change rooms. She was hoping for a hot water bath, but the water was lukewarm at best. She waited an hour and same thing...At 8am, housekeeping starts knocking on the door...did so 3 more times before she left. And when she let the front desk know, rather than taking care of the problems, she was given telephone numbers to call to report issues.

Arrived in unit with fireplace not working and no hot water! Fireplace fixed but hot water still subpar. Discovered on return from park late that night TV in second bedroom not working hitch was replaced at 1130pm and finally found out there WDW absolutely no washcloths in the unit, I did even bother with that one! I tried to report events to management and only got voice mail on checkout but I reported events to front desk. After no response from management by the next day I called again and again got voicemail with no response! If this was my first stay here it would have been my last but I have stayed here before and I know this isn’t normal for them. I don’t know if this unit hadn’t been used in a while and just wasn’t checked over before assigning it or what but I should think hot water should be an expectation automatically! Four issues in one overnight stay is unacceptable!

We stayed about 11 hours total at the property - enough to sleep, shower, and leave. Room was spotlessly clean and perfect for our party of three: mom, son, and son’s friend - kids played in a tennis tournament at W&M. It was perfect for our needs. Decor was refreshed; bathrooms could use a little facelift but were clean, which is the most important thing.
