We did not have free breakfast option. In fact, the coffee shop and the restaurant weren't open while we were there. Inconvenient. The property is very nice, big, good walking areas. It is convenient to all Williamsburg areas. Our condo was spacious. TV just broadcast and regular networks, no streaming.

This is just a glorified motel - nothing more! We can’t believe they put the Hilton name on it! -too spread out from their third rate amenities -no elevators so lug bags up two flights -limited parking on numbered spots -limited internet that is $6 for each device after the limit of 2 per room is reached -others parking in our designated space yet motel does nothing about it and we have no place to park. This happened repeatedly over three days. We called and left messages with the manager of security but to no avail. -cheap furniture and finishes inside -looks like conjoined vinyl cabins on the outside -nothing historic exempt the manor house in the middle of the village which is not curated or even staffed. -the name Historic Powhatan is very misleading -heated pool indoors but the building feels not heated because people are wearing jackets and hats inside the building -the only hair dryer in the men’s locker room is broken -customer service at checkin is poor - not knowledgeable about properly and unwilling to speak or answer questions. Gave us wrong information for the things we managed to ask. -the coffee house is a joke - the espresso machine is broken and is far from most buildings -the restaurant is the same tragedy. We didn't see a single person in it on a Sunday at lunch time

My family enjoyed our stay. The property and the room/villa was very cleaned and spacious. We experienced a maintenance issue but the Facility staff handled quickly and were very nice. The only item I will probably be mindful of what guests stay in the lower room in the villa, because we experienced some noise from their children. The latter will not deter us for staying again, but we will most likely inquire in advance before booking.

The room had a stong smell of cigarette smoke. There were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher when we got in. The coffee maker had mold growing in it. There was only 2 towels for the 3 of us to share for our stay. When I called the front desk to inform them them offered no apology. He assured me that he would note my account so I would not be charged for the damage and missing items.
