From check in to check out and everything in between, this hotel was PERFECT!! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was hot and the water pressure was GREAT!! I'd stay again if I were to visit the area!!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were no broken fixtures! That was awesome and the beds were very comfortable. My Mother(s) are a little older and they slept well. I also had my daughter and her friend, and felt safe for them. Check out being at 12 was also a plus. We will be back. Thank you

Everything was great. The room was clean, air conditioning ran strong, and the front desk was always available to help. The only issues I had was the soap and shampoo provided in the room that I was staying in (239). There were multiple bottles of the same product, while the other bottles were either mislabeled or empty. I unfortunately ended up using body wash in my hair because the bottle that was labeled hair conditioner contained body wash. The fitness center could use a bench to use in tandem with the dumbbells.

We've stayed at several hotels in Williamsburg, and we liked this one for its easy-to-access location. Close enough, but not too close to W&M if that makes sense. Our room had a leaky frig, but was fine otherwise. Bed was more comfortable than most. AC worked well. If you like a firm pillow, bring your own. Hotel was clean and felt safe. Doors are noisy if you're trying to sleep in. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and it was close to stores. Plenty of parking. Breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options, including the pancake machine. Very nice staff, particularly the person who checked us in when we arrived.

We needed a hotel for one night. Many hotels were sold old. They only had a few rooms available. There was a group of young soccer players and another group. Staff was friendly, there was 24 hr coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available. There was breakfast but we choose to eat somewhere else. My only complaint is the doors to the rooms could use slow close or foam absorbing trim around the closure.

Clean and neat but the bed was so worn out I had to sleep sideways to keep from falling off and the shower was so slippery I nearly fell. Usually use HIE because of comfortable beds and safety but tbh is one’s needs a lot of work
