Ms. Nancy was excellent at assisting with check-in—thank you for going the extra mile to ensure our room was clean. Ms. Karen was great at the bar and ensured our dinner was hot and served in a timely manner. Ms. Delphine was the icing on the cake. She was amazing and ensured that breakfast was served and hot. Thank you to the cook and the entire staff for going the extra mile to ensure our stay was great!!! The only thing that could use improvement is the pool area. We were unable to use it because of dirty towels and trash left by the previous guest in the area from the prior day.

Room was quite adequate but having stayed with this facility many times over the years, they are definitely losing ground. Breakfast is now extra, the facilities were in disrepair (one elevator was dysfunctional out of two), an ice maker was draining water and making no ice, and the front desk was unattended when we tried to checkout.
