The room was clean. Staff is AMAZING. Bed was good enough for a 2 day stay. Sofa bed needs attention, not comfortable and old. The ottoman also had cuts and tears. James at check in was awesome. I love that you can text if you need anything. Their breakfast is amazing! The staff in the kitchen was attentive and helpful. The pool was clean & heated, but people kept going out to smoke so it made the room freezing cold. We had a slight smell in our room when entering but it went away after awhile, pretty sure it was coming from the bathroom. The property is close to everything. 10 mins from great Wolf, super close drive to shops and restaurants.

It was ok but would’ve certainly liked to know that hotel is under renovation. Staff was great but seeing plastic covers and waking up to constriction noise was not on my plans.

Breakfast was the highlight. Delicious made to order omelettes with crispy bacon, perfectly cooked oatmeal, fresh fruit, and rich flavorful coffee - sets the foundation for a day filled with energy. The mattress was firm and afforded a deep sleep. The front desk staff all were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only issue was the hot water. It literally took 10 minutes of running cold water before it turned hot. I called the front desk and they confirmed this. Very odd.

The room was very spacious and clean, although there was no hot water for either my shower or sink! The staff was friendly and the amenities were great, including complementary drinks and snacks during happy hour. There were a lot of renovations happening but nothing that got in the way terribly of my stay.

The hotel was undergoing renovations in the lounge area. I hope that the rooms are getting ready to be updated as well. The vanity in the bathroom was really worn. The other casegoods were really cheap looking. The sofa was nice and did look rather new. Staff was very nice especially the staff at the gathering in the evenings.

The hotel has offered a refund for my stay. The heat was not working in my room. The heater system was reset by maintenance and it still didn’t fix the issue and remained 65 degrees when thermostat was set at 75 degrees. There was a pair of someone’s underwear and a razor in the trash can in the bathroom that had been left unattended to by their housekeeper. Lastly there was a roach crawling out of the refrigerator which i saw when I went to open it to put my 2 year old daughters milk in the fridge and it was barely even cold. There was supposed to be 2 remote controls for the 2 tvs but only had one and the outlets in the sitting area didn’t work either. I went to the front desk around 11:30pm and spoke with the night auditor named Michael about my concerns and he said he would refund me and he was very sorry about everything. He said I needed to call Expedia to get my refund and he said they would contact the hotel to confirm that they will refund me. I packed up everything and me and my 3 kids left and didn’t even stay there.
