Room condition was poor. Fridge not working. Beds uncomfortable. Carpet dirty. Not enough towels. Room heater very noisy/interrupted sleep. Room smelled like mold. Overall condition- run down. Front desk Service was good. Never ate the breakfast, was concerned after poor reviews. Happy that hotel allows dogs.

For a quick visit to Busch Gardens with kids, this hotel is above average---especially for the price, and it seems, over the years, we've stayed at every option. The breakfast includes the same waffle maker you see everywhere, but with some additional options like actual bacon.

I chose this location for the price and location. I wanted to be close to Busch Gardens and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the tv had plenty of channels. I would definitely stay here again.

The outside of the property was not appealing/well groomed. The inside of the property was clean. However, this is a pet friendly hotel in which we were not aware. Our room had the aroma of mustiness/wet dog. Also we had a suite room in which there was not a door to separate the 2 rooms. The faucet in the tub was on the verge of breaking. The ironing boards legs were broken. This property has a lot of improvements to make. I do not foresee us coming back again.

Staff was super nice. We got there early and they let us check in so when we got back from the park our room was ready. Breakfast bar had the most variety of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The property is dated and could definitely use a facelift. We went to Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens and this hotel is very close.

The staff was friendly, and Jonathan at the front desk did his best to be helpful. However, I was disappointed with this stay. We had to switch rooms because the first room was infested with roaches. The second room, while free of pests, had a noticeable draft coming from the HVAC unit, which was separated from the wall, allowing a cold breeze to come through. There was also a strong odor that seemed to come from the bathroom pipes. The first room had large stains on the carpet, and the hallway carpets clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Additionally, the furniture in both rooms was very worn and visibly stained. The building is also surrounded by construction. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay overall.
