The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the Balston Metro and free parking for cars is the reason we booked this hotel. When we mentioned the ac in our room was not working properly they immediately upgraded and moved us to a better room. Their service was really prompt .

They were doing construction on the parking lot and the spaces were limited and hard to get in and out. Breakfast selection was limited and below average quality. Shower head was broken on day one. They had it repaired in a very short time! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
