Perched on the hilltop of 5 acres in the heart of the Aksa Adventure area, this 3000+ sq/ft home is the perfect getaway for gatherings large or small. There are so many spaces to enjoy from the great room to the game room and the wrap around deck to the firepit/hot tub entertainment area. Stay in and enjoy all the cabin has to offer or venture out to nearby Blue Ridge adventures.

Welcome to Copper Hill Cabin
When you pull in, you will have covered parking and additional private parking to accommodate 7 cars total. Access to the cabin is via keyless entry.
Main Level - On the main level, you will find your fully equipped kitchen, powder room, access to the wrap around deck and master suite
• Open concept great room and kitchen with soaring ceilings
o The kitchen features quartz countertops, 5-burner gas cooktop and stainless-steel appliances and comes fully equipped with cookware, dishware…everything you need for your stay.
o There is both a drip coffee machine and a Keurig
o The island seats four and the natural wood dining table has seating for eight
o Outstanding internet speeds accommodate your streaming, Wi-Fi calling/texting internet connectivity and video conferencing needs
o Great room has a 55" Smart TV and sound bar for streaming your favorite shows, movies and sporting events
o Stacked stone fireplace with remote-start gas logs
o There are unique furniture pieces throughout the home making spaces cozy and creating memorable photo opportunities
o We have a variety of card and board games for you to enjoy as well as books, games and Legos for the kids
o Additionally, we have a highchair and a travel crib to accommodate those traveling with young children

• The huge master bedroom with en suite bathroom includes:

o Walk-in closet (Queen air mattress in closet)
o Master bath with a standup shower and a separate jetted tub for 2, towels, hotel soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hair dryer

Head upstairs where you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom
• Each room has 2 queen beds, luxury hotel sheets and blankets and each room has a 43” Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies
• The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, towels, hotel soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hair dryer
From the great room, go downstairs to the basement which has a second living area and a game room, a king bedroom, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with second refrigerator

o The first full bathroom is right outside the king bedroom door in the private end of the hallway so it can serve as the private bathroom for the king bedroom. It has a shower/bathtub
o The second full bathroom is near the game room and has a standup shower.
• The laundry room has full sized Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer and full sized second refrigerator

From the basement, head out to the fire pit & hot tub entertainment area
• The oversized fire pit is equipped with a grilling rack and is surrounded with 2 bench swings and 6 comfortable Adirondack chairs
• String lights are carefully placed so as not to obstruct the views and create a warm ambiance to the space
• A 65" Smart TV with sound bar allows streaming of your favorite shows and movies and can be viewed from the hot tub and fire pit area. It’s a great place to watch the big game too.
• 6-person hot tub with entry steps and a side table (which doubles as a cooler) to place your drinks. The hot tub is professionally emptied, cleaned and disinfected between every guest stay
• Curl up and enjoy the views in one of the two hanging “egg chairs,” situated nearby the fire pit area and under the covered deck

• The views are gorgeous as you make your way to this home on all paved roads. From the road, there is a gravel driveway which opens to a carport and plenty of additional parking
• Guests are welcome to explore the full 5 acres of the property and have access to the entire house except for two owner’s closets.
• The separate garage and surrounding back and side area as well as and outbuilding (old chicken coop), both at the back of the property are not for guest use.
•. The wood burning stove in the basement is not available for use
