Everything was excellent! The check-in process was smooth- the lady at the front desk was kind and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. We slept through breakfast so I can't say much about it other than they do provide a breakfast. Checkout was quick and easy. Overall we're very pleased and we'll stay here again, next year.

Very nice and clean place. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower great. Breakfast was good with sausage, eggs, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, plus much more. Quiet. Only thing I wasn’t empressed with was the wifi, it was really slow and I had to sign on multiple times.

Clean and quiet. Close enough to the Bryson City epicenter, but not within walking distance, and there are no ride-sharing services in the area. This hotel does not have an elevator; only stairs are available to access the second floor. The front desk staff were always kind and helpful.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had the same options every morning. Room was clean but immediately had a musky smell when we walked in. Beds were very uncomfortable; very firm. My friend and I both had back pain from the beds. Bryson city is a nice little town. You can walk from this hotel to all the town as to offer.
