This 160 m² detached house is arranged over a raised ground floor and an upper floor, offering generous living spaces ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The main living area includes a dining room, a comfortable lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a practical laundry room. Upstairs, there are four bright bedrooms: one with four single beds (90 cm each) that can be joined to form a double bed, another with a double bed (160 cm), a third with two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed (180 cm), and the last with a double bed (140 cm). There are two shower rooms and two toilets. A mezzanine, furnished as a relaxation area, invites you to read or unwind. The beds are made up upon arrival for a hassle-free stay.
