They need someone who can write an email in English without any hesitations. There were difficulties in communication between this hotel staff and Expedia. Expedia needs Korean employees who can be fluent in both Korean and English.

バス停から近く、407番バスで清州空港まで行ける。 近くにスーパーもあって便利だったしとてもおしゃれ。惜しいのが室内備品について。空きスペースにハンガーを置いて欲しい。バスルームに置いてあるティーポットの注ぎ口が欠けている。バスルームは少し下水の臭いがする。この三点改善いただければまた泊まりたい。
ティーポットは欠けていないのに交換してください。でもアイデアは良い。
浴槽広くて良い。
静かでおしゃれ。

침구가 청결하고, 공기와 냄새도 깨끗한느낌...아이와 셋이 찾았고, 더블침대하나 싱글침대하나 있어 편하고 아늑했고, 빔프로젝트로 영화도 보고 ...다시 찾고싶은 곳이에요.

숙소 컨디션은 그럭저럭 괜찮음 청주 출장때문에 2주 간 묵었는데, 같은 트윈룸이었지만 지난 주 묵었던 룸과 이번 주 묵었던 룸 컨디션이 달랐음. 청결도가 떨어졌던게 가장 큰 문제. 먼지인지 분진인지 창문과 창틀에 많이 묻어있었고, 선풍기 먼지는 무슨 1~2년 되어보였음. (지난 주 묵었던 룸은 깔끔했어서 더 이상했음) 그리고 제일 어이 없던 것은, 수건을 부족하게 줘놓고 다음 날 청소하고 올려놔주겠다고 함. 당장 오늘 부족한 수건을 내일 청소하고 주는게 무슨 의미가 있는건지? 게다가 수건을 받으러 내려오라고 하는게 더 신선했던 경험. 더 달라는 것도 아니고 제대로 비치가 안된 수건을 제대로 달라고 하는데도...

출장으로 이틀동안 청주에 머물 일이 있어서 예약을 하게 됐습니다. 갑작스레 찾은 숙소였음에도 불구하고 좋은 곳을 찾게 되어 다행이었어요. 시설도 깨끗했고 믹스 커피, 전자레인지 구비 등 잠시 머물다 있어도 편히 있을 수 있게 배려를 많이 하셨다는 느낌이었습니다. 잘 있다 갑니다.

清州観光に便利

スタッフは全員親切で話しやすかったです。 フロント横に電子レンジと水があります。 歯ブラシ、カミソリ、綿棒はありません。ベッドはとても快適でした。部屋も広いです。お風呂の排水溝の臭いが少しありました。バス停に近く、清州空港からウアム小学校バス停まで乗り換えなしで便利です。ロッテアウトレットや、市場へもバスで交通便利でした。近くにスーパーもあります。
