아늑 계열 호텔을 자주가는데 아늑 브랜드에 대한 인상이 아주 나빠질정도로 최악의 숙박이었습니다. 1. 앞건물 유흥주점 노래가 밤새 울림 창문닫으니 미세하기도하고 이건 호텔잘못은 아니니 그냥 언급정도 입니다. 2. 따뜻한건 좋은데 따뜻하다못해 더운데 난방을 사용자가 조절 할 수 없어요. 3. 그래서 에어컨을 켰는데 청소를 얼마나 안했는지 곰팡이 가루가 육안으로 보이게 뭉쳐서 날리는데 기겁했습니다. 안켜고 싶었지만 너무 더워 잘수가 없어서 켜고잤더니 곰팡이 때문에 목감기가 걸렸네요. 돈쓰고 감기걸린게 화나서 보험청구라도 하고싶지만 리뷰만 적고 넘어갑니다. 제일 싼방도 아니고 비싸게 받는방이면 1년에 한 번 정도는 에어컨 청소를 맡기길 바랍니다. 호텔리모델링 후 단한번도 청소를 안맡긴것 같은 상태네요.

서울에서 천안까지 갔는데 호텔측 실수로 체크인이 늦어져서 일정 꼬임

우선 서울에서 천안여행가는 일정이었고, 시간 다 맞춰서 버스 예약하고 터미널 근처에서 놀다가 짐이 있어 시간에 딱 맞춰 체크인하러 감. 새로온 청소업체가 아직 준비를 못했다고 30분 기다려 달라고 하는 말에 알겠다니까 대신 레이트체크아웃 1시간 주겠다함. 근처 편의점에서 40분 기다렸다가 다시 숙소로 갔는데 아직도 준비안됐다하여 쿠킹룸에서 기다림. 1시간 10분 기다려서 배정된 방으로 가는데 복도에 청소업체 앉아서 쉬고있음. 숙소는 나쁘지 않지만 청소업체가 새로 와서 청소가 늦어진다해서 아무말안하고 기다렸는데 올라가니까 복도에 앉아서 쉬고있는 걸 보면 누구라도 기분 나쁠 수 있을거라고 생각함. 참고해서 예약하시길

예약할때랑 요금이 달라요

숙박 예약을 4명으로 하고 숙박비까지 결제 완료 하고 체크인을 하려 했을때 2명분의 가격이 었고 추가 2명일때는 40.000원을 추가 해야 한다고 해서 결제 했습니다. 처음부터 4명 예약 할때 아예 4명의 숙박비를 받던지 아님 추가요금을 공지 해 주던지....여행가서 기분 상하지 않을려고 그냥 원하는 대로 결제는 했지만....이 점은 예약을 할때 처음부터 제대로 공지를 해 주시길 바랍니다
