생각보다는 기대에 못 미쳐 당황 전반적으로 나쁜 것보다는 위치가 당황스러웠다. 자차가 아니라면 천안역과 엄청나게 애매한 거리 아무튼 급하게 찾아간 곳으로는 만족 신중했다면 안갈 장소에 위치

금연객식을 원하신다면 비추

금연객실 명시되어 있었고 분명 추가로 한번 더 요청했으나 담배 냄새 때문에 너무 힘들었어요. 분명 개선이 필요한 부분입니다.

사장님 및 직원분들 친절하시고, 무료간식 제공도 되어서 너무 좋았어요.. 그리고, 인근 천안중앙시장이 있어서 재래시장 구경하는 맛이 너무 좋습니다.

좋았어요. 가까운 곳에 시장이 있어 필요한게 있음 도보이동도 가능하고 친절하고 좋았네요. 방 컨디션은 뭐 막 정말 깔끔한거 원하는거 아닌이상 저는 무난하고 괜찮았어요. 적당히 가성비 좋게 잠만 자자 라는 성향이 강해서. 전반적으로 만족스러웠던 숙소네요.

방도 깨끗하고 화장실도 크고 아침에 간단한 음식이 준비되어 있어서 숙소 자체는 좋았어요 하!지!만! 새벽에 다른방에 누가 숙박했는지 모르겠지만 소리지르고 물건던지는소리 난리도 아니었네요 주인이 와서 문두드리는 소리가 나는것 같았는데 암튼 숙소에 대한 불만보다도 몰상식한 인간이 묵어서 잠은 다잤네요 그리고 주변에 치킨집도 없고 배달도 안되는건 좀 불편했습니다 나머지는 좋았어요

천안가족여행

가족이 숙박하기에 넓어서 만족스러웠습니다. 아쉬움은 침구가 뿌시럭소리가 많이나서 숙면이 어려운점.... 침구가 부드러우면 아주 좋을듯합니다. 금연호텔이 아닌지...담배냄새가 납니다.ㅠㅠ 개서 필요한듯요. 조식이 있다고해서 으근 기대했는데.... 컵라면과 햇반이전부~ 그래도 넓은숙소로인해 높은평점드립니다. 친절한 사장님 직원분들 감사해요~♡

시내에 있는 호텔~ 가족여행 침대2개 있었는데요 상태도 좋고 욕실도 넓어서 좋았습니다. 다만 콜택시가 안잡히는게 아쉬웠어요.

담배 냄새 제거 필요!!

아이가 있는 가족이어서 큰 방을 랜트했는데 담배 냄새가 심해서 다른 방으로 옮겼습니다. 숙박자 중에 담배를 피는 사람이 있으면 어쩔 수 없다고 하셨지만 다음 숙박자를 위해서 철저하게 환기나 방향에 신경을 써 주시면 좋겠습니다. 그렇지만 방을 옮겨주실 때의 대응이나 손님에 대한 응대는 무척 친절하셔서 편하게 묵었습니다.
