There was a lizard in the room when we moved in. We called front desk and they moved us to a similar room in a diff floor. After 1 hr we realized that AC is not working ( only air coming... not cold air)..... horrible situation. In bath room water was not getting drained and water was accumulating in one area..... after taking bath we have to call helpdesk to clean and then next person has to take bath. Really horrible experience.
