Its definitely doesn’t qualify as a 5-star. The front desk staff was bit rude and not welcoming, the rooms are old and shabby. The bathrooms were not clean. Not a great experience at all

Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.

Welcome experience was just bad. Staff seem to be giving importance only to a few. Room are ok. Propert seemed very old. Food was good. Location is good. This isn't a 5 star hotel. It is just a basic hotel.
